This is the question we wish more companies asked before their team page turned into a patchwork. New hires simply visit our studio and we match your team's exact background, lighting, and retouching. So whether someone joined in 2024 or last Tuesday, your team looks like one team. What happens when we hire new people?
About five to ten minutes per person in front of the camera. A team of twenty five is typically wrapped in half a day and we build the rotation schedule around your meetings, not the other way around. Your team page gets transformed; your workday barely notices.
How long will this take out of our workday?
Someone always does and those end up being our favorite photos to deliver. Every single person gets real posing direction, not "stand there and smile." We coach expression, angles and posture in the moment, so even your most camera shy team member sees their photo and thinks, "Oh. I look like me on a really good day." That's the whole point.
What if someone on our team hates having their photo taken?
Yes and honestly, it's our favorite way to work. We know the hardest part of team photos isn't the photos, it's getting twenty-five busy people in one place without derailing a workday. So we come to you. We arrive before your team does, transform a boardroom into a full studio, and your people rotate through between meetings. Most of them are back at their desks before their coffee goes cold.
Can you photograph our team at our office?
Team headshot days start usually between $190-$250 per person and we bring our full studio to your office. You also have an option to use our studio. Every person on your team walks away with a fully retouched image they're proud to use.
