Do you travel outside of Edmonton for conferences and tradeshows?
For Spring, summer and Fall, we book 6-8 months ahead. We recommend at least 3–4 weeks for single events. For fall and spring conference seasons, Edmonton's busiest earlier is always better. Reach out as soon as your date is confirmed.
How far in advance should we book our corporate event photographer in Edmonton?
We offer same day edits as add-on. Your edited gallery is typically is delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery is available on request for tight turnarounds.
How quickly do we receive our photos after the event?
Absolutely. We offer day-rate and multi-day packages and can bring in a multiple photographers for larger events, multiple rooms, or simultaneous sessions.
Can you photograph multi-day conferences?
Yes and it's one of the most popular add-on. We set up a dedicated professional headshot station so your team or attendees can walk away with polished portraits, without ever leaving the venue.
